UISATO STUDIO — REFUND POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with Uisato Studio. This policy explains when refunds are available and how they work.
1) WHEN REFUNDS ARE POSSIBLE
Refunds are only considered when all of the following are true:
- Your request is made within the first 5 days of your current billing cycle.
- You have not used any credits from that billing period (subscription-included or top-up credits consumed during the period make the subscription non-refundable for that period).
Requests outside these conditions cannot be approved due to the nature of on-demand digital and compute-based services.
2) HOW REFUNDS ARE CALCULATED
If your request is approved, the refund amount will be the amount you paid for the relevant subscription or purchase, minus:
- Transaction fees (payment processing fees charged by our payment provider, e.g. a percentage of the transaction plus a per-transaction fee), and
- Any other costs we incur in connection with the original transaction that we are unable to recover.
You will receive the net amount back via the same payment method used for the purchase, in accordance with our payment provider’s timelines.
3) HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
Contact us at support@uisato.studio with your account email and a brief explanation. We will review your request on a case-by-case basis against the conditions above and respond as soon as possible.
